This is an 18x24" acrylic. I made a couple changes and took a better photo. Thanks for the help Brian!
Hi Elliot, not sure why you hated the location there??? This is looking a big fauvish! I like the composition, the distant hills and a bit of outlining here and there. The distant trees and cattle are great too. Seems just a tad weak on the left side somehow, missing a good hit of dark there. Love the simplicity and childlike qualities of this. Brian
Thanks Brian... I meant to say that I hated the study I did, not the location. I'll see if I can strengthen the left side somewhere... I see what you're saying about it being a tad weak.
This reminds me a bit of Leighs work. I think it's great. feels like a slight departure for you Elliot, boy you sure have been painting alot and I can see your development. Bravo
