I tried to use more paint in this picture since I've been tending to apply it rather thinly but for some reason I'm not entirely pleased with the effect. Paula
There is so much wonderful work posted on this site with such excellent portraits, landscapes, seascapes, urbanscapes and farm animals, too! This is one of my latest, it's a 24 x 24 acrylic on canvas. Happy painting to all!

This is a small 8x10 acrylic I did just before leaving and didn't have time to post.
Here's one done today...16x20" oil / canvas...C&C welcome Thanks everyone for your recent postings, we were having a bit of a dry spell up till then! Brian

My painting "Pilgrims Gate" is based on the following black and white photograph probably taken c1910 in Hiafa, Israel, at one of the Baha'i shrines on Mount Carmel close to the shrine of the Prohet Elija. The photograph was published in a book "The Mystery of God".
I am not sure if it is ethical to exhibit or sell this painting. I will have to consider the legal and ethical issues
