Blind Spot
Not sure if I am done this one from today. Brian any comments? Something is not working for me, and I've been looking at it too long. Close but not quite there. 20X36 Oil
Hi Julie, love the sky and cars in this one. Seems like the darks (weight) is all in the lower right hand corner. I think I would try a dark line on the left sidewalk or curb which may pull the eye back into the painting towards the bridge tower. Just a thought. Brian
Thanks to you both. It means alot. I did check the value of that left curb, but I will check again, i think not a full line of a darker value, but just a few bits of a broken. Dave, i have been really studying your work lately so i'm glad to here you like it. This may be going in to a very promenant art action in town, things have been really taking off for me. So incredably exciting!Brian did I notice you are in a new gallery on this side of the pond?And you didn't visit!!!
Hi Julie, nope, no new gallery over there. I recently got into Peninsula Gallery in Sidney. The one in NewWestminister just has my work on their website. no work at the gallery. Brian

actually i like this one it looks done and is very abstract ,i wouldnt change anything
