Girl with necklace

Finished this one in clas recently. The hands were a real pain.

    with the second I'm having a little trouble with the perspective of the boats.

  6. The girl is 9x12 oil and the boats are 16x20 oil.

    Thank you for your encouraging thoughts. Yes, the boat perpspective is a puzzle. It's looking down on the boats and across the river but hard to achieve that perpspective.

    Ah! the hands.

    So elegant yet so mysterious.
    So complex yet so practical.

    I mean what else could you use if you wanted to pick your nose?

    No wonder they are so hard to paint!
