I've had computer problems at home, so I've barely been on the blog in the past couple weeks. I have been painting some though. This is a 16x20 acrylic done from a picture a friend sent from Israel. C&C welcome!
Nice to see you back Elliot! Though you gave up. Would like to see Page too! He put out some real nice ones, also Julie is doing really great. She seems to be having a lot of fun with Brian.
Ya great to see you back Elliot, I too like the loosness, however I find it could use a little more interest/colour variation for my taste. Having said that I haven't been to Isreal and this hot dryness which I am getting is probably exactly what it is like.
Julie is not doing so well, contrary to Ralphs beliefs. I have not posted my last two paintings. I am feeling really shy about them. I guess I want real honesty in the critique, and I am finding that I get no response at all if people don't like it. I have absolutly no problem with people not "liking" , but then tell me what's not working for you. I can totally depersonalize it. So I'm a little frustrated right now. I will be leaving town for a month so I can't paint now for awhile. Sorry I don't mean to upset the apple cart here. Julie
Hi Elliot, good to see you posting again! I like how loose this is and suggestive with all the detail inferred! Good job here! Brian
