Here's a 24x36 acrylic. It's been probably a month since I picked up the brushes last--just haven't had a whole lot of free time lately. Anyway, this one was a lot of fun for me. It's not huge, but it's actually the biggest canvas I've painted.

  1. Love it Elliot, one of your best. Love how you stayed away from detail and just let the paint be paint! Love the brushwork too! Brian

  2. Hi Elliot, So good to see you painting. You were missed. I too think this is great, for me not my favorite of yours, as I prefer your other subjects, but great abstract vibe to it. Congrats on the size, that must have felt good. I will post tomorrow, I'm part way through one, and will drag it back to Vancouver to finish. My site is not yet complete, it was supposed to be finished, but she seems to be running late. I will let you know when it's up. Great to see you painting!!

  3. Hi Elliot, i share the same unsurity as yourself in our work, but this is lovely. the forms come together in their own way . the peeping reds add interest and its a nice flow to it. keep it up!

  5. I really love the way you put this one down Elliot! Those loose and exciting brushstrokes and beautiful colors. Really well done! Love it!
